HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship no later than 10 business days unless it's a pre-order item. We normally do not ship on weekends and holidays. 

Once your order is taken USPS we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships. Please check that your shipping/billing addresses are correct!

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Need to return or exchange? No problem!

Return item(s) within 2 weeks of receiving. If items are worn or damaged they will not be accepted. Please mail back item(s) to the return address on your package. Be sure to notify me at chickaandco@gmail.com with your order number that you are either returning or exchanging. Once I receive your item(s) your card will be refunded or I will ship you the new size.

Sale items and shoes are final sale and accessories are non-refundable.
